In August 2023, Vindico welcomed Swati Kerkar as the General Manager for India. With over 22 years of expertise in Mall Retail Design and Fit-out Management, Architectural Design, Interior Design, and Project Management, Swati brings a wealth of experience and a proactive approach to communication, planning, and execution. She has successfully managed projects from inception across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, and India.
Swati’s career began working with architectural firms, where she developed her skills before transitioning to roles at renowned malls such as Inorbit, Viviana Mall, Jio World Drive, and Oasis Malls. Her expertise in design and development, negotiations, client handling, and successful project executions has been consistently showcased throughout her career.
In her role as General Manager at Vindico, Swati’s responsibilities span overseeing negotiations, follow-ups, tenant coordination, client interactions, and project executions. Additionally, Swati guides the team across different projects and coordinates with the Sales and Finance departments, ensuring seamless operation, successful project delivery, and client satisfaction.
With Swati at the helm, Vindico India is poised to strengthen its presence in the region and drive business growth. Her leadership and vision will guide the team towards new heights of success, further establishing Vindico as a trusted partner in the Retail Real Estate Industry.
