Al Maryah Central, Gulf Related’s next generation Abu Dhabi mall has obtained its Building Certificate, signalling the completion of construction and transition into the project’s retail fitout phase ahead of a scheduled opening of 29th August 2019.

“Whilst we offer very efficient and brand-friendly design review that takes time and frustration out of the front-end of the process, big projects typically throw up challenges when tenant fitout and base building teams share the construction site leading in to grand opening. With construction now complete, tenants and their contractors can look forward to managing more predictable fitout programmes.”
