The expansion of The Galleria Al Maryah Island has opened, bringing the iconic Abu Dhabi retail and dining destination to over 400 shops and 100 restaurants with Vindico celebrating its eight year collaboration with developer, Gulf Related.
The expansion has added over 250 new shops & restaurants to the Galleria’s luxury collection, which opened in 2013, with Vindico’s integrated retail design & delivery solution again forming part of Gulf Related’s successful development formula.
The Vindico team supported Gulf Related with a full retail delivery solution including design and management services through an onsite embedded team, supported by Vindico’s Dubai studio.

Vindico worked with international brands including Debenhams, VOX Cinema , Cheesecake Factory, Zara, and H&M and their local licensees, design and fitout suppliers to support the on-time delivery of their new Galleria locations within the complexities of a new development project setting.

Vindico’s retail delivery solution included a dedicated onsite project team work with its Dubai based studio to optimize speed and quality across the design and fitout phases of the project, ensuring Gulf Related’s tenants and their brands remained focused and supported in achieving the project opening date.

Gulf Related is a joint venture between The Related Companies (New York, USA) and Gulf Capital (Abu Dhabi, UAE), who have developed The Galleria in partnership with the master developer for Sowwah Square and Al Maryah Island, Mubadala Hospitality.
