Swarovski, one of the world’s most recognisable jewelry brands, has appointed Vindico to support the brand’s store delivery programme across the Middle East.
The role will see Vindico represent Swarovski in its dealings with shopping centre owners and managers through the store design and fitout process and is recognition by an international brand of how Vindico’s pedigree in tenant coordination translates into retail project management.
The appointment by Swarovski is a milestone in Vindico’s ‘Brands & Buildings’ strategy.
“Our working knowledge of how retail tenants and both their in-house and licensed brands execute store design and fitout processes is extensive,” explains Vindico Managing Director, Richard Kim.
“Last year we set out to learn more from tenants outside our typical landlord-tenant relationship and realised how deep the overlap between ‘tenant coordination’ and ‘retail project management’ was. We listened to brands and now work directly with them.”
We already know the brand well as tenant coordinators, and we are looking forward to get even more of their stores open working alongside the Swarovski team.”

We already know the brand well as tenant coordinators, and we are looking forward to get even more of their stores open working alongside the Swarovski team.”
